Returns & Refund Policy

MODISH-FLAIR want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products and are sure you’ll fall in love with the items you’ve purchased from us.

If, however, you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you may return the unused item/s in their original condition to us within 14 days after receiving the order to get a refund. In this case.

Please send your purchase back in its original and unused condition. The invoice amount will be reimbursed to the payment method that has been used for the order.

Returns & Refund Procedure :

Returns :

  • You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact our customer service at hello@modishflair.com OR CALL US ON (+02) 01280808040.with your order number and reason for return.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Refunds :

  • A courier will be sent to pick up the returned product within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges :

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

- You can always check the item before you pay, in case you don’t like it you can return it back with the courier and only pay the shipping fees.

- In case of exchange, return the item back with the courier and pay the shipping fees, then you can place a new order through the website.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@modishflair.com or chat us on (+02) 01280808040 with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.

 

Our working hours are 10 Am to 6 Pm from Sunday to Thursday.
